Below you will find a more detailed itinerary of this tour. Meals are shown in (brackets)

Monday: On arrival into Luxor Airport you will be met by your EQT representative who will transfer you to your wonderful Nile Cruise Boat.  Your Cruise will start with Lunch onboard. After Lunch you will meet your Private Egyptologist who will take you by a/c vehicle to start your Luxor tours. Today’s tours will be on the East Bank of the Nile where you will tour the Temple of Luxor and the Temple Complex of Karnak.

*if you have a late arrival time then today’s tours will be re-arranged for Sunday on arrival back into Luxor.

On return from your tour the rest of the evening will be at leisure, Afternoon Tea, Dinner and Onboard Entertainment will be provided on your cruise boat. Overnight on your Nile Cruise Boat.  (L/AT/D)

Tuesday:  Breakfast onboard your Cruise Boat. This morning’s tours will be on the West Bank of the Nile:  including the Valley of the Kings (with entry to 3 Tombs), The Temple of the Queen Hatshepsut, and the Colossi of Memnon. On return from today’s tours the rest of the day will be at leisure.

Your Cruise Boat will commence navigation onto and through the lock of Esna then onwards towards the City of Edfu where it will dock through the night. Afternoon Tea, Dinner and Onboard Entertainment will be provided onboard. Overnight on your Cruise Boat. (B/L/AT/D)

Wednesday: Wakeup call and breakfast onboard. This morning you will travel by a/c vehicle to visit the Temple of Edfu with your Egyptologist. After this tour you will return to your Cruise Boat to enjoy lunch as your cruise boat navigates onto the city of Kom Ombo where it will dock to allow you to visit Kom Ombo Temple.

From Kom Ombo Temple you will return back to your cruise boat to enjoy Dinner onboard. Entertainment will be provided on your cruise boat this evening. Your Cruise Boat will navigate through the night towards the city of Aswan where it will dock through the night. (B/L/AT/D). Overnight on your Cruise Boat.

Thursday: Wakeup call and breakfast will be provided onboard. This morning your Egyptologist will take you on your Aswan Tours including Philae Temple, the Aswan High Dam and the Quarries of Granite to view the unfinished Obelisk. After this morning’s tours you will return back to your Cruise Boat to enjoy lunch onboard.

Later in the afternoon you will board your Felucca Sail Boat for a wonderfully relaxing sail around the protective Islands in Aswan, where you will see Kitcheners Island, the Botanical Gardens, Elephantine Island, and the Mausoleum of Aga Khan. After this wonderfully relaxing sail you will return to your cruise boat to enjoy dinner onboard. Entertainment will be provided onboard. Overnight on your cruise boat in Aswan. (B/L/AT/D)

Friday: This morning you can add the optional tour to the magnificent Abu Simbel by either land or air.

The rest of the day will be at leisure with the chance of adding any optional tours you may like today.

Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea and Dinner, along with onboard entertainment will be provided onboard your cruise boat. (B/L/AT/D)

Saturday: Today your cruise boat will be gently sailing along the Nile back towards Luxor.  Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea and Dinner (along with onboard entertainment) will be provided on your cruise boat.  Overnight on your Cruise Boat. (B/L/AT/D)

Sunday: Your Cruise Boat will dock through the night in Luxor.

*If you were unable to take your East Bank of the Nile Tours on your arrival day they will be re-arranged for you for today.

The rest of the day is free time for you to explore Luxor at leisure. If you would like we can also arrange an optional tour for you today. (B/L/AT/D)

Monday: Today will be your departure day. At your pre-arranged time your EQT Rep will transfer you back to Luxor Airport for your International Departure flight home. (B) *Lunch will be provided if you were late arrival on your first day.

Optional Tours:

These tours can be added to your programme either at the time of booking or when you are with us during your tour. Additional supplement applies.

Luxor: Optional Sound and Light Show at Karnak Temple, Luxor Museum, City Tour by Horse and Carriage, or Hot Air Balloon Ride over the West Bank of the Nile.

Aswan: Optional Sound and Light Show at Philae Temple, Nubian Village Tour, or Nubian Museum can be added.

Abu Simbel: Optional Abu Simbel Tour can be booked a land or domestic flight transportation basis.

Notes for Tour P7-1:

This Tour can be arranged for a Monday or Wednesday Arrival into Luxor. Should you wish to arrive on another day we can arrange an alternative structure for you.

An Extra Night can be added either side of the start date or this tour can be combined with another package to make it a longer tour.

Abu Simbel can be added by Land Journey or by Domestic Flight

This tour is a private tour with private Egyptologists and private a/c vehicles, i.e. you will not be part of a group.
